Cheesy Bucatini Pie with Mini Meatballs

Enjoy this Cheesy Bucatini Pie with little meatballs, which is the ultimate comfort food. This dish is great for any event because it has layers of pasta, meatballs, and gooey cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb bucatini pasta

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 1 egg

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F


Follow the directions on the package to cook the bucatini until it is al dente


Remove the water and set it aside


Put cooked bucatini, Parmesan cheese, and marinara sauce in a large bowl


Combine well


Add the egg, salt, pepper, grated onion, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, and mix them all together in a different bowl


Mix everything together well


Make little meatballs out of the ground beef mixture


Use cooking spray to grease a 9-inch pie dish


In the bottom of the pie dish, put half of the bucatini mixture


Spread out the mini meatballs on top of the bucatini layer


Add some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meatballs


Add the rest of the bucatini mixture on top


Put grated Pecorino Romano cheese on top of it


Put foil over the pie dish and bake for 25 minutes


Take off the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sauce bubbles


After a few minutes, let it cool down before cutting it

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C

  • 1/2 xcara de gua fria

  • 2 xcaras de acar

  • 1/2 xcara de xarope de milho

  • Acar de confeiteiro para polvilhar

Instructions:

In a small tigela, blend the gelatin flavorlessly with the cold water
