Garlic Butter Monte Cristo Pull-Apart Sliders

For a tasty take on the traditional Monte Cristo sandwich, try these Garlic Butter Monte Cristo Pull-Apart Sliders. They taste great because they have ham, Swiss cheese, and a sweet and salty garlic butter glaze on top. Great for parties or as a tasty snack.

Ingredients:

  • 12 slider buns

  • 1/2 cup garlic butter

  • 12 slices of ham

  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C


Cut the slider buns in half and put the bottom halves in a baking dish that has been greased


Cover the bottom of the buns with garlic butter


Put a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each bun


Cover the cheese with the bun tops


Put powdered sugar, raspberry preserves, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg in a small bowl


Mix them together


Cover the tops of the buns with this mix


Add the eggs, milk, and grated Parmesan cheese to a different bowl and mix them on high speed


Spread this mixture out on top of the buns


Place the baking dish in the oven and cover it with foil


Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sliders are hot


Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit
